Experiments, analyses and documents as Nix values, with sealed runs.
experimental
nixsci deploys Nix closures, records experiments, runs R or Python analyses over locked data and builds documents from their outputs. Nix pins the toolchain, and peer stores share sealed runs by content hash.
The goal is a traceable claim from each observation to the sentence that cites it. Today the code records provenance and runs claim checks. It does not prove the R or Python analyses, nor the coverage of its statistical procedures.
usinix is the USI suite on nixsci.
Not formally verified. A passing build is not scientific verification.
